## Changed

### Name the channel when you create a group

Create a group now takes a `channel` field (`--channel` in the CLI), so a request says which channel the group is created on. Only `whatsapp` is supported today, and it's the default, so requests that leave it out keep working. Any other value is rejected with `400`.
